The Muscle Masher

The Muscle Masher is a new breed of recovery tool, giving athletes the ability to easily customize and control the exact amount of pressure applied to any targeted treatment zone. The standard kit includes the Masher handle, a removable extender piece, a 2″ diameter roller sphere, and a connector strap for creating extra resistance when applying pressure.

From the forearms to the hips, thighs, and calves, the Muscle Masher can be used for precision, deep tissue massage therapy. Loosen knots before a workout or help speed up your recovery after one—the Muscle Masher is lightweight, compact, and adaptable to the needs of any athlete.

The components of the Muscle Masher pieces are held together with standard 0.375″-16 set screws. This makes custom adjustments—like removing or adding the extender piece of the handle—quick and easy with a simple twist motion.
