The Orb is a 5″ diameter, deep tissue massage ball developed by Pro-Tec Athletics. Its high-density construction, textured-grip exterior, and 360-degree maneuverability makes the Orb well suited to targeted, aggressive treatment of the calves, hamstrings, quads, IT band, and more. You can also roll the Orb against a wall or on the floor to focus on areas of the back (should not be rolled along the spine).
