If you are looking for a break from the more traditional conditioning tools seen in most gyms, the Inertia Wave STRONG is something to consider. It is composed of lightweight oscillating latex tubes that work to provide an intense and unique conditioning workout. At 9.5 feet long, they have a ring and carabiner on one end and an end cap on the other with two long straps and a D hook for anchoring the bands.

Unlike traditional battle ropes that use the weight of the rope to provide resistance, the Inertia Wave STRONG utilizes built up inertia in the tubes to provide resistance which can also be made easier or harder. It requires hand-eye coordination, focus and endurance in a way that will annihilate your shoulders, arms, back, core and stabilization muscles.

The opportunity to diversify your workouts with the Inertia Wave are endless. Choose from three options for purchase: the Inertia Wave SOLO, the Inertia Wave DUO and the Inertia Wave STRONG. The STRONG option is very similar to the SOLO but offers strength exercises as well. Whether or not you choose to ride solo in your workout, you are sure to get in some killer conditioning. The Inertia Wave promotes three-dimensional resistance work which engages a slew of stabilizing muscles often ignored.
